This page refers to digital files of photographs taken and sold by Thistle Street.
Digital files of photographs are offered for sale under the following conditions:
Digital photos will be supplied in one high resolution full color size, and the purchaser is, upon purchase, free to reproduce or make changes to the photos. The high resolution file will be large enough for making good quality prints at 10 inches along the longest side.
The purchaser has permission to make as many prints from these files as he or she wishes, without limit on number, and without any date limit. Furthermore he or she can share these files with whomsoever he or she wishes, and can assign permission to make further prints, without limit in number or time.
Purchased photos are for personal use only. On no account can the purchaser sell these photographs for money, or give anyone else permission to sell these photographs for money. Nor can the photos be put in any situation where money must be paid in order to view them.
I cannot accept any responsibility for the quality of prints made from these files. I do however guarantee that the high resolution file size will provide acceptable quality prints if a good professional lab is used that has correctly maintained, and calibrated, equipment, and uses a proper color managed work flow.
